You certainly know how to make your blog more than just a rant about an issue. You've made it possible for people to connect. Good for you, because not that many people know what they're doing.

I absolutely agree to this. It doesn't matter if you have a high PR or your site is number one on search engines. If you get bad reviews constantly, you can expect your business to tumble down.

It is clear that word of mouth information has a huge influence on people's buying decisions. Being able to measure this impact can clearly help businesses communicate with opinion leaders and be sure to target influential group members. This is great for positive word of mouth, but I wonder how you can use this measure information to counteract negative word of mouth. What tactics do you think are the best response to negative word of mouth about your company?
