Brian, having yet another proprietary system out there isn't the answer. What we need is for you guys, and everyone else purporting to "measure social media" to agree on a basic system, provide open access to that system and then we'll have real social media measurement -- similar to what CPRS did in Canada.

Hi Katie, we hope to be able to offer newer innovations like this at a lower price point in the future. We recently launched Market360 Basic to help meet the media measurement needs of mid-sized organizations. I believe the value of having a single metric for measuring social media and print, online and broadcast news will be appealing to large organizations at this price point today and will help position us to offer more lower cost solutions down the line.
