New opinion research from ExactTarget demonstrates a disconnect between what marketers think consumers want and what consumers say they want, in terms of content marketing to improve customer loyalty. In particular, marketers seem to think that customers want more content, more smartphone apps, and more Tweets than customers seem to want.
