Our pleasure, Connie, it is interesting work. I wonder if there is any way to isolate the role of Twitter from other influences on the size of your customer base. As a startup, your company would expect to have a rapid increase in customers. From zero to something, anyway, just because you are a new company with new products on the market. How did you (or can you) isolate the influence of Twitter from the influence of your other PR or sales efforts (press releases, website, blog, word of mouth, etc.)?
