Check out the article in today's New York Times about the StrawberryFrog-conceived Scion website where you can design a custom Toyota Scion logo. Here's one I just made:

Then go there and design your own. Even though those of us in social media measurement haven't yet quite defined "engagement," there must be some serious amount of it happening with this website. So how would you measure it? Count the number of custom logos on Scions? Or maybe on any random sample of cars? A survey on pride of ownership? Resale value?
(The website has some rather bizarre Term of Use: the site is only "open' to legal residents of the U.S. over the age of eighteen. Good luck enforcing that. Reverse psychology or lawyers run amok?) --WTP
