Hi Katie,
Yes, the myriad of options is definitely overwhelming. And then there's the learning curve.
I spoke at a PRSA sponsored event this week in MPLS & only 1 person had seen/heard of a professional tool. So we're only on the iceberg of building awareness & educating (much less the decision on what to choose).
