No its not!
Its about extrapolating information (not data) about the existence of engagement. Worms also engage.
What we really need to know is how and why relationships form, survive and die.
Especially we need to know the nuts and bolts of relationships among humans.
How could people have a relationship with Pol Pot?
Find the answer to that and we will know, not speculate why people engage.
