This may not be the Worst Pitch in the World, but for me its an all time record for bad pitches. An agency emailed me this morning to include them in a story in The One Minute Benchmarking Bulletin. First of all, that publication ceased to exist 5 years ago. Secondly the whole concept of the publication was that it could be read in a minute and had minimum content, none of which came from outside sources.
So I suggested to the poor flack who was assigned to this unenviable task that who ever supplied her media list was clearly incompetent. She immediately apologized and explained she was just using what Cision's MediaSource provided her! Yikes, that's scary. How many thousands of PR people are relying on a source that is so clearly out of date. No wonder Kevin Dugan has no shortage of material!

I do not think that every student in whole world has a passion of college essay performing! However, students ,which don't know how to write have to take an assistance of professional custom sociology essays service and enjoy a success.

KD - Hope this finds you well. Thanks for the link. That said, we do have a shortage of good pitches. Believe it or not we want those too so we can show the good and the bad. But we press on.
Cheers!

Yes, I never take what I find from the Cisions and MyEdCals of the world at face value. Best to always verify that a publication exists and that it is looking for the kind of content you think it is by actually looking at its website.

Hi KD, You should probably remove The One Minute Benchmarking Bulletin from your website, as it is still listed with the 2006 media kit. Ruth
