I know HP's service has been bad and my laptop has been unreliable at best but I figured it was because as a road warrior I am notoriously hard on my notebooks. But it looks like I'm not alone. There looks to be a class action suit brewing, and a number of blogs dedicated to similar complaints like this one and this one
and this -- all of which are about my specific model and everyone seems to have the exact same issues. I wonder how Bill and Dave would feel if they knew that when you googled HP Sucks there were 1.9 million entries.
