    This just in from Bob Cannon (who really should be writing his own blog)  Wouldn't you love to have been a fly on the wall when this ad copy for

    Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield was approved:

     "Horizon's got its finger on the member's pulse."

    As they say: "What were they thinking?"
