I just spent a good 20 minutes giving LexisNexis my feedback on their plans to add video, podcasts, blogs etc. to their offering. They lured me into this colossal waste o time by offering a $5 coffee card -- so I'm enough of a Starbucks addict to play along. But what is incredibly infuriating is at the end of the entire Zoomerang survey, a notice pops up that says "You do not meet the participant criteria." So why the hell didn't they screen me out in the beginning, instead of continuing to waste my time.
Lesson to all researchers and those who buy research. Participant's time is valuable. Don't waste it, or you'll not only decrease their likelihood to participate in your research in the future. You'll piss off your good customers.

It was probably your answers that they were screeening, not you. Oh boy. Looks like a job for Marge Innovera!
