After looking hard at our numbers, and realizing that at a 51% growth rate we couldnt stay where we were for much longer, we've decided to open an office in
Berlin, NH this fall. Berlin, in case you were wondering, is north of Mt. Washington, in New Hampshire's great North Country. It's on a beautiful wide naviagable river, and if they'd just get rid of the defunct pulp mill, it could be really lovely. I'm hoping to lead a mini-rebellion against outsourcing. Why go to India when they need jobs a short three hours north?
The plan is to be open in September, and move all the clipping, reading, research and coding to Berlin by October. Two of our stars, the Aube brothers, Bruce and Terry, we'll be heading up North to train people and get the place up and running. Personally, I'm as excited as I've been in a long time, since its a chance to grow, but also to do the right thing in a town that too many people have abused for too long.

Katie came into my professional life in Berlin a couple weeks ago....What can I say? It's not easy to ignore Katie, not because she's demanding, but because you feel like you'll miss out if you don't. Welcome to Berlin Katie, I think you and I recognize opportunity when we see it, you'll restore color in the rainbow of "my little town". Norm
